oh God....why do kids want EXPENSIVE toys?

well...looking around, maybe this isn't a bad idea....

it's rated for kids 5 - 13 years old and up to 180 pounds.

it certainly LOOKS fun.

Noah wants one for his sixth birthday (May 13) and I really don't know how to say no...especially since his old bike is a 14 inch and he's SERIOUSLY outgrown it.

Fifth Level of Hell
The river Styx runs through this level of Hell, and in it are punished the wrathful and the gloomy. The former are forever lashing out at each other in anger, furious and naked, tearing each other piecemeal with their teeth. The latter are gurgling in the black mud, slothful and sullen, withdrawn from the world. Their lamentations bubble to the surface as they try to repeat a doleful hymn, though with unbroken words they cannot say it. Because you lived a cruel, vindictive and hateful life, you meet your fate in the Styx.

The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Fifth Level of Hell!
Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
LevelScore
Purgatory (Repenting Believers)Very Low
Level 1 - Limbo (Virtuous Non-Believers)Very Low
Level 2 (Lustful)Very High
Level 3 (Gluttonous)High
Level 4 (Prodigal and Avaricious)High
Level 5 (Wrathful and Gloomy)Extreme
Level 6 - The City of Dis (Heretics)Very High
Level 7 (Violent)Extreme
Level 8- the Malebolge (Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers)High
Level 9 - Cocytus (Treacherous)High

Sword of Freedom
Sword of Freedom:
The sword for you is the Sword of Freedom. Similar
to King Arthur's Excaliber, the Sword of
Freedom can only go to someone who is honest
and kind hearted in nature. The sword can feel
your inner goodness and thus will protect you
when needed. The minute your heart turns cold,
the sword will betray you.

Say hi to <a href="href="www.livejournal.com/users/sadirathemage"><b>SadiraTheMage</b></a> and don't worry about being 'kind' to her....I think she can dish as well as she can take.

And check out her website...I'm amazed at the amount of 'web' talent I have among my friends when I, on the other hand, have none. But at least I know where to turn for help. BBBWAAAAHHHHHHAAAHHHHHAAHHHAAAA

Styx is going to be here May 30th.

Like last year, I know I SHOULD go....

but damnit, they've got REO playing with them again, and this year they added Journey WITHOUT Steve Perry. Who the fuck wants to see Journey without Steve Perry?

And while REO is good, they're not THAT good. On the other hand, the last time I went, tickets were $38 for 8th row seats and I got to see Bad Company and Billy Squier as well. THIS year, tickets are $66. Sheesh.

Also -- there's NOTHING like a bowl of grits smothered in butter and a little cajun seasoning to start your day.

And I've learned that quite a few songs by Earth Wind & Fire are VERY uplifting.

On Wonderful World of Disney is a movie called Eloise at the Plaza, based on the Eloise cartoons.

Julie Andrews may not be able to sing anymore (although she's SORTOF singing in this movie), but I can't say how glad I am that Disney got her back to acting.

She's been missed.

The Princess Diaries and Eloise may be directed to the younger crowd, but Julie is awesome.

You know....sometimes I AM a non-confrontational pussy.

There are a couple of people on my friends' list who should NOT be there, but I won't take them off.

Why?

Because they KNOW why I would, but I don't want to answer WHY when they ask, and they will, even though they already know the answer.

How's THAT for stirring up the pot?

I am SERIOUSLY addicted to Vlasic Pepperoncini's. Yes, by themselves, whole, juices bursting in my mouth when I bite into them.

Also, for those who share Ravenskiss as a friend....she asked not once, but TWICE for a pic of my ass, so I replied with one....LMAO!!!!

That is all.

Couldn't get it to work, until Leah pointed me in the right direction. It ONLY works if you're using the downloadable client. DUH!!! stupid me.
